Cancellation Policy

Cancellations depend on the time slot selected at checkout:

• More than 24 hours before the slot: Full refund to bank account.
• 12–24 hours before the slot: 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before the slot: No refund.

Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled. If the recipient does not accept the order, no refund will be issued.
