Delivery Policy

  • The selected delivery time is an estimate and depends on location and route.
  • Delays may occur on weekends and holidays.
  • If a product is damaged upon delivery, the recipient should refuse it and contact Customer Care immediately.
  • Any delivery issues must be reported within 4 hours; after this period, replacements or refunds will not be processed.
  • Severely damaged products will be replaced within 6 hours.
  • Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., missing name/message, decoration problems, or packaging issues) are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless severely damaged.
  • If a delivered product does not meet expectations, contact Customer Service within 4 hours for resolution.
  • We attempt delivery only once. If a perishable product needs re-delivery, an additional charge may apply. The order will be marked as delivered in the following cases:
  1. Incorrect shipping address
  2. Locked premises
  3. Unreachable contact number
  4. Recipient refusal
  5. Delivery made to a neighbor or as per recipient’s instructions
  6. Recipient unavailable
