- Pulverize the pistachios to a fine powder in a food processor. Blend the butter and orange blossom until they form a paste-like consistency. Stir in the sugar thoroughly.
- Cover the bottom of a 20-cm loose-bottom cake pan with the pistachio mixture, then chill for 20 minutes.
- Set aside the gelatin after dissolving it in hot water.
- Pistachio and Condensed Milk should be combined with cream cheese in a mixing dish. Ensure that the cheese is room temperature to prevent lumps during mixing. Whisk in the orange flower after adding it.
- Cover the biscuit foundation with the mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least three hours, or even better, overnight.
