Chocolate Cake

• In a big bowl, mix condensed milk, melted butter, water, and vanilla extract.
• Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa in a sieve.
• Just until mixed, stir the dry ingredients into the condensed milk mixture.
• Fill a lined 23cm springform cake tin with the ingredients.
• A cake skewer placed into the center of the cake should come out clean after 45 minutes of baking at 175°C.
• After 10 minutes of cooling on a wire rack, take them out of the tin and allow them cool fully. When chilly, frost the top.
• Put the butter in a bowl for the frosting.
• To achieve a smooth yet firm consistency, add enough boiling water, icing sugar, and sifted cocoa.
